This second webinar will be 90 minutes long. You can access the first webinar on the SCI webpage under CPD past events. Stuart Mulholland will outline the type of hope we need to concentrate on, in the development and conceptual basis, hope being one of the key features of the Welltree Model of Care.
Jacqui McCann (Person in Charge) Crannog Nua will share her experience of the practical challenges of implementing the model over the last 3 years, focusing in on the aspect of hope. Jacqui and her team in Crannog Nua are currently collating the wellbeing outcome data for 33 children and young people who have been placed in her Special Care Centre since 2017. The facilitators hope that they would be in a position to share some of this data. It maybe of interest to educators and students in determining the effect of the model of care in terms of the wellbeing of children and young people.
Both facilitators will be available to answer any questions arising from the presentations for the last half hour.
