Trainer Profile of Tina Kinirons
Tina is an experienced Public Sector interviewer, she is frequently part of Interview Boards, some of which she chairs. She has been delivering training to interviewers across the Public Sector and has frequently delivered training and webinars to applicants and candidates on applications forms and interview preparation. She also works with individuals going forward for interview, helping them with CVs or application forms, coaching them on answers to interview questions and working with them on their interview technique. She is involved with public sector interviews in one of these ways every week.
Tina holds a M.Sc. in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London, a H. Dip. in Psychology from UCD, a CIPD Diploma in Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from UCC. She is accredited to use a range of Psychometrics, including the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, TalentQ, Strengthscope, 15FQ+ and Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0/EQ 360). Tina holds the FETAC/QQI Train the Trainer qualification.
