Relief Social Care workers – Permanent positions|

Your new role

As Social Care Worker/ Leader, you will play an important role in ensuring young people achieve their full potential. You will assist them in building on their strengths and abilities, while maintaining a positive and trustworthy relationship with them and their families.

What you’ll need to succeed

In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a Level 7/8 Degree in Social Care. In addition to this, you will have experience in working in a Social Care Worker role in a residential Centre. You will need a minimum of three years’ experience for the role of Social Care Leader. You will be open to working set shift patterns in the service and ideally have a full clean driver’s licence.
