In this episode, Audrey and Baggie interview three individuals involved in the Student Mentoring Programme at the Social Care Ireland Conference. Adrian McKenna, returning to The Social Care Podcast is the brainchild and coordinator of this programme alongside his wife Nuala McKenna. Ado chats to us about its conception and how he felt it went. Paul McDonnell, one of the mentors, speaks about what he got out of the programme and Tina, a student who benefited from the programme spoke about her experience at the conference.
