Let’s Get Working! Embracing Inclusion in the Workplace.
The National Platform of Self-Advocates is excited to invite self-advocates, employers and policy makers to “Let’s Get Working! Embracing Inclusion in the Workplace”.
This conference will take place on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, from 10:30 am to 3:00 pm at the Spencer Hotel, Dublin.
The opening address will be by Minister Hildegard Naughton.
We are delighted to be working with Inclusion Ireland on this event.
This conference will focus on finding meaningful ways to address the employment challenges facing people with intellectual disabilities in Ireland.
The morning session will feature two presentations and a panel discussion for each. Discussions will focus on key topics such as getting work, and the barriers and solutions to employment for people with intellectual disabilities.
The afternoon session will be a space for self-advocates to have their voices heard.
