Criteria:
1 x Social Care Manager
ESSENTIAL
· Candidates must have a minimum of a Level 8 Degree in Social Care or a Level 7 Degree in Social Care and a management qualification suitable for a Health & Social Care setting.
· Candidates must have at least 3 years’ post-graduate experience in Social Care.
1 x Social Care Leader
ESSENTIAL
· Candidates must have a minimum of a Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent relevant qualification.
· Candidates must have at least 2 years’ postgraduate experience in Residential Social Care or relevant Social Care setting.
Social Care Workers (Full-time & Relief)
ESSENTIAL
· Candidates must have a minimum of a Level 7 Degree in Social Care.
Other eligible qualifications include Level 8 Degree in Psychology, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy, Youth & Community Work, Social Work, Social Science, Teaching or Nursing.
“We are also interested in candidates who have a Level 5 qualification in Childcare or equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a Social Care setting for young people”
A full driver’s license and experience of working with displaced children and young people are desirable.
