Responsibilities include:
Provision of care to Separated Children Seeking International Protection

Criteria:
1 x Social Care Manager (PIC)
ESSENTIAL

• Candidates must have a minimum of a Level 8 Degree in Social Care or a Level 7 Degree in Social Care and a management qualification suitable for a Health & Social Care setting.
• Candidates must have at least 4 years’ post-graduate experience in Children’s Residential Care.
• Candidates can alternatively hold a ‘relevant’ qualification with 4 years’ full time work experience in a children’s residential care setting post qualification.

1 x Social Care Leader
ESSENTIAL

• Candidates must have a minimum of a Level 7 Degree in Social Care or equivalent relevant qualification.
• Candidates must have at least 2 years’ postgraduate experience in Residential Social Care or relevant Social Care setting.

Social Care Workers (Full-time & Relief)
ESSENTIAL

• Candidates must have a minimum of a Level 7 Degree in Social Care.
• Other eligible qualifications include Psychology, Child & Adolescent Psychotherapy, Counselling/psychotherapy, Addiction Counselling, Youth & Community Work, Social Science, Disabilities Studies, Applied Bahavioural Analysis, Social Work, Social Science, Teaching or Nursing.
• Candidates who do not hold a qualification or relevant qualification must hold CORU registration as a Social Care Worker.

A full driver’s license and experience of working with displaced children and young people are desirable.
