Aims of the Group
Assist the Board in fulfilling its responsibilities by providing an independent review of financial reporting and assisting the Board with, and overseeing, the Board’s financial responsibilities. The Committee is responsible for all matters relating to the financial affairs of SCI and will provide the Board with an independent review of the budgetary process.
